Kaspa is attempting to use Nakamoto Consensus on a DAG to create a version of Digital Silver. The idea is to order blocks in a DAG, without knowing latency. Their DAGKnight upgrade in Q4 of 2023 aims to finalize the idea of a ‘parameterless’ protocol. They are working on smart contracts and as this is not generally associated with PoW coins, it is ‘off the radar’ for many people. As a fair launch, its unlikely to be seen as a security and so could become a safe entry on innovation in the space. Recommend this video as an introduction to the project.
